per business day) Core hours: 9:00 am - 4:30 pm (30-minute lunch
break) Network & Computer Systems Administrator Job Description :
Installs, configures, and supports mission systems within the local
area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and/or Internet
systems or a segment of a network system. This shall include cloud
and hybrid enterprise systems. In relation to enterprise systems
support, this position would only manage the environment and make
sure it can connect to the WAN. Monitor network to ensure system
availability to all users and perform necessary maintenance to
support operational availability. Monitor and test mission system
application to ensure site performance and operations without
interruption. Assist in overall systems modeling, analysis,
planning, and coordination between network and data communications
hardware and software. Supports 24x7x365 Tier 1 through Tier 3 IT
support for all current and future Maritime IT capabilities and
data. Required Qualifications : Have minimum of three years of
experience managing and maintaining an operational network One of
the following IAT Level II certifications: CCNA Security, CySA,
GICSP, GSEC, SecurityCE, CND, or SSCP Desired Qualifications : Have
a Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, software engineering,
computer science, information technology/systems or equivalent.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience with Network/System Administration
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or another network
certification. Three or more years of experience with network
