Job Description:
As a Program Security Analyst at ManTech, you will be an
integral part of our mission to support the security endeavors of
the U.S. intelligence community and federal agencies. Your key role
will involve reviewing, analysing, and enhancing the security
measures being employed by our government clients. This position
requires thorough understanding of national security protocols and
a keen eye for detail in order to identify potential threats and
vulnerabilities. Analyze and evaluate security operations to
identify risks or opportunities for improvement Create
comprehensive reports detailing findings and recommendations
Collaborate with IT departments to implement effective security
solutions Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure
compliance with government regulations Collaborate with other
analysts and agencies to share best practices and insights Monitor
security procedures to ensure they comply with internal policies
and regulatory requirements Train staff on new security protocols
and assist in security breach investigations Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Proficient in security systems and risk
management Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Knowledge
of federal cybersecurity frameworks like NIST and FISMA Certified
Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Certified
Information Security Manager (CISM)
