environment Job Details Qualifications: 2 years of experience in
workers' compensation defense law. JD from an accredited law
school. Admission to practice law in MD required (DC, DE. VA, or PA
is a plus). Strong understanding of MD workers' compensation laws
and regulations. Experience with employer liability claims a plus.
Knowledge of maritime disputes, complex general liability,
professional liability, construction litigation, property damage
