Job Description Job Description Job Title: Shipping Associate Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Associate to manage shipping and receiving tasks within our warehouse. This role involves unloading incoming shipments, preparing outgoing shipments, and utilizing technology to track inventory efficiently. Responsibilities Unload incoming shipments and prepare outgoing shipments. Utilize RF scanners, computers, and paper BOLs to track inventory and shipments. Perform material handling and other general warehouse duties. Pick products and deliver them to the production floor. Essential Skills Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations. Experience with RF scanners and inventory control. Ability to operate a forklift and perform order picking. Additional Skills & Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience with warehouse inventory and cycle counts. Familiarity with FDA and GMP regulations is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a medium-sized manufacturing facility with approximately 90 colleagues. The environment adheres to FDA and GMP regulations for product manufacturing. The role is for the 2nd shift, from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
