Ascella Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Solutions Architect with a strong foundation in business systems analysis, data modeling, and solution design. In this role, you will lead the design and development of enterprise-level software solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals, integrate seamlessly with existing systems, and are built to scale.This is a critical, cross-functional role requiring both functional and technical expertise, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and design new solutions or significant enhancements to existing software, ensuring seamless system integration and compatibility across multiple platforms
• Identify opportunities to improve current systems and recommend effective solutions
• Audit and evaluate existing database functionality to optimize performance and enhance efficiency
• Conduct feasibility analysis for new initiatives and present detailed design reports to managementRequired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience designing and implementing software or solution architectures
  • Prior experience working with federal financial systems
  • Strong background in business systems analysis, data analysis, and modeling
  • Proficiency in database technologies and data query languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to produce architectural documentation and design reports
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in fast-paced environment
  • U.S. Citizenship required (dual citizenship is not eligible)
  • Position will require a Public Trust background investigationWhat makes you stand out from the crowd (desired)
    • Experience with cloud-based architecture platforms such as AWS or Azure
    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Pages
