This role requires a minimum of fifteen (15) years of related experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style, as well as experience with telephone and voicemail systems.Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:The Subject Matter Expert II will be responsible for:

• Providing senior-level subject matter expertise in program planning, design, technical assistance, and implementation.
• Offering management expertise in specialized fields and leading complex, large projects to deliver client solutions or manage multiple project operations.
• Applying high-level expertise to resolve complex managerial issues independently.
• Assisting senior leadership in developing and implementing program strategies.
• Working effectively under pressure and within short time constraints, especially during rapidly developing events.
• Utilizing extensive experience in international or peacekeeping missions and related international development activities.Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • At least fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong command of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style.
  • Experience with telephone and voicemail systems.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, deliver client solutions, and communicate effectively.
