We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with sales ability to support customer communication, scheduling, and lead conversion. Responsibilities Sales & Lead Follow-Up Respond to inbound sales inquiries (calls, texts, emails, web leads) Follow up on estimates and warm leads Educate customers on WeedX services and programs Assist with closing new customers using provided scripts Track lead status and conversion in the CRM Customer Communication Answer customer questions professionally and promptly Handle service inquiries, scheduling changes, and basic issues Maintain a positive customer experience Scheduling & CRM Support Schedule lawn applications and service appointments Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM Ensure all leads, estimates, and jobs are properly tracked Administrative Support Data entry and spreadsheet management Invoice and payment follow-ups File and document organization Optional / Bonus Tasks Review follow-ups and reputation management Social media message responses Light marketing or outreach support Requirements Based in Latin America Strong written and spoken English (sales conversations required) Comfortable communicating with customers and closing warm leads Reliable high-speed internet Highly organized and detail-oriented Ability to follow scripts, systems, and workflows Availability during U.S. Eastern business hours Preferred (Not Required): Previous Virtual Assistant or Inside Sales experience Experience working with U.S.-based businesses Familiarity with CRMs (Jobber, GoHighLevel, or similar) Experience in lawn care, home services, or property services Compensation & Growth Competitive full-time compensation (based on experience) Potential performance-based bonuses tied to sales Long-term, stable position Training, scripts, and systems provided Opportunity to grow into a senior or sales leadership role How to Apply (Required) To be considered, please email the following to sales@weedxfertilizing.com : Short written introduction Resume or summary of experience Desired hourly or monthly compensation Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours 30-second video in English explaining why you would be a great fit for this role Applications without a video will not be reviewed .
