Representative Job Description This role involves promoting,
marketing, and selling products and services, including pump
repairs and preventative maintenance agreements. The position
requires engaging with prospective and current customers to drive
sales and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Conduct
8-9 sales calls per day, 3-4 days per week, to engage with
prospective and current customers. Sell a minimum of 12
preventative maintenance agreements per month. Qualify leads and
perform follow-ups to build and maintain a consistent sales
pipeline that meets performance goals. Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including sales support in estimating and
project management, to ensure seamless project execution.
Accurately submit orders to the inside support team following
established procedures. Coordinate with estimating and engineering
teams to finalize project pricing and selection of appropriate
pumps. Conduct on-site visits to customer locations, including job
sites, for equipment inspections and sales presentations. Recommend
product and service improvements based on project requirements and
customer needs. Maintain detailed records of area and customer
sales to provide historical data and ensure consistency in
reporting. Essential Skills Customer service Account management

Qualifications Experience with CRMs, specifically NetSuite. 2 years
sales experience Work Environment The work environment offers a
family-oriented culture with a smaller team of about 70 employees,
promoting long tenure and strong team dynamics. The workday begins
between 7 am and 8 am, with client visits scheduled on some days.
On days without client visits, remote work is possible, concluding
around 5 pm. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based
out of Frederick, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this
