Requirements: -2 years of experience in commercial real estate
finance litigation -Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety
of discovery projects, including drafting requests, responses, and
managing document productions. -Experience with commercial real
estate finance documentation such as loan agreements, security
documents, promissory notes. -Bankruptcy litigation a plus
-Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar
admission in jurisdiction of practice
